Changing or canceling your order
You are able to change or cancel your order after you place it only if the order has not been picked and packed for shipping. If you would like to make a change, call Customer Service at 1-800-227-3932. Please have your order number available.

Order confirmation
You will receive an email order confirmation from us. Please enter your email address correctly to ensure you receive your order confirmation. We suggest adding to your address book to be certain you properly receive all notifications.
Payment types accepted
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer to mail your order, we accept checks and money orders in addition to all of the previously listed cards.
